Avid Media Composer Standard Support Plan Renewal (9938-30019-00) is a one year standard Avid Support plan for current owners of Media Composer software, including the Symphony option, that already have a support plan and would like to continue/renew for one additional year. By signing up for this annual Avid Support plan, you will then continue to gain access to download the latest Media Composer Software and updates. The Avid Support Plan Renewals give you access to Media Composer updates and upgrades only and does not include any 3rd-party software.
This product includes an Avid Standard Support Plan RENEWAL only.
Please note that in order to renew your Avid Upgrade & Support plan, you must have a “Renew Support” option under your Media Composer product within your My Avid. Login to your My Avid at account.avid.com and select Avid Products and Subscriptions and then select Media Composer | Software. The "Renew Support" option should be located underneath the Time Period of the Upgrade & Support plan. Avid provides a 30 day grace period for customers to renew their Upgrade & Support plan(s). Once the 30 day grace period is up, those licenses will be ineligible for an Upgrade & Support plan and customers will no longer be able to order a renewal plan. If a customer attempts to order once their plan has expired and the 30 day grace period is up, the code received will NOT work. Please note that renewed Upgrade & Support plans will have a start date that corresponds to the expiration date of the previous plan, not the date during the grace period at which the renewal took place.
* This plan works for both Media Composer only and Media Composer with Symphony. They use to be separate plans, but the support plan has been consolidated
into one option.
** This software is not returnable, please call if you need advice about compatibility or version before purchasing.
